Jobs of the future and a job guarantee: are you looking for an apprenticeship trade that will still have good employment opportunities in a few years? Whether vehicles, machines or systems – our world is full of technology, it’s constantly changing and becoming more modern. As a BMW Group apprentice, you will be contributing to the development of tomorrow’s cars and shaping the future of the BMW Group. In addition, after successful completing their final exams, all apprentices at BMW Group plants are offered a permanent contract.

#04 BECAUSE WITH US GIRLS ARE ALREADY FLOURISHING IN ALL AREAS OF TECHNOLOGY.

Girls and technology do not mix? Are you kidding? As a toolmaker you transform technical ideas into reality, as a machining mechanic you demonstrate your precision skills down to the millimetre, and as a foundry mechanic you put everything into shape. And also in our other technical skilled occupations many girls already demonstrate their strengths and talents.

#05 BECAUSE ROUTINE IS AN UNKNOWN WORD FOR OUR IT-TEAMS

Boredom? Not with us: from the IT systems electronic technician (f/m/x), the firefighter of the digital age called to solve IT problems, to the Information technology clerk (f/m/x), the all-round talent in both IT and business administration, through to the qualified IT specialist (f/m/x), who is not only proficient in the most diverse technologies but can also act as an "interpreter" between departments. These are all occupations that await you during your IT training, depending on which o path you choose. IT training cannot be more multi-faceted and exciting than this!
