BMW Group Plant Eisenach.

Although Eisenach is our smallest factory, it’s also the most traditional one. Here, with around 280 employees, we produce large press tools and large body panel parts for BMW, MINI, Rolls-Royce and BMW Motorrad. With precision work to the millimeter, we manufacture the pressing tools for almost all roofs, bonnets and side walls for the automobiles of the BMW Group worldwide, while uniquely combining tradition and future. However, Eisenach as a town has also plenty to offer: during a walk through the woods you can not only eye up the Wartburg – one of the greatest restored castle complexes in Germany – but also discover the “Drachenschlucht” with its rare plants as well as the “Elfgrotte” and the Elias cave.

TAKEOVER GUARANTEE.

After you have completed your apprenticeship in one of our plants, we guarantee that you will be offered a permanent contract.

ATTRACTIVE REMUNERATION.

1st year: 1.094 €
2nd year: 1.157 €
3rd year: 1.219 €
4th year: 1.282 €

You will also receive a holiday and Christmas bonus and, from the second year onwards, even a profit share.

APPRENTICE VEHICLE RENTAL.

With us, you have the opportunity to rent or buy your dream car on particularly favourable apprentice conditions.

HOUSING AND TRAVEL EXPENSES.

So that you do not have to worry about looking for an apartment, we offer you the option of renting apartments through our cooperation partners. We also support you financially by subsidising your trips school.

COMPANY RESTAURANTS.

As an apprentice, you can look forward to a daily changing menu in our company restaurants. Further, various snacks and hot drinks are offered in the company's cafés. This is a particularly good way to spend the breaks together!

APPRENTICESHIP FOR THE DEAF.

At the BMW Group plant Eisenach, we work closely with the occupational training centre and can therefore offer apprenticeships specifically for people with hearing impairments. The application takes place via the regular job advertisements for our apprenticeships.

Application start.

The application start for an apprenticeship or a dual curriculum starting in 2025 is 19 June 2024.

Being fast, pays off. The earlier you apply, the higher the chances to follow your dream apprenticeship. Applying is only possible until all apprenticeship places are filled (no set time limit, except dual curriculum).

In order to make things easier for you and us, you can only apply online via our Job Assistant. In the “Application Tips” section, you may find all information about the application procedure and a step-by-step guidance.
