As a Customer Service Advocate you will be responsible for handling all inbound Customer Service calls, early stage Collection calls, and initial early stage Lease End calls while providing premium customer service that is both accurate and efficient, leading to high levels of customer satisfaction through active engagement, issue resolution and promotion services and products that enhance the customer’s financing experience. You will actively promote the use of products and services that will help reduce costs or generate revenue i.e. einvoice, EasyPay, web site utilization, etc. Increase customer retention and support BMW Group sales when handling end of lease calls that fall within 120 to 90 days of maturity by promoting active dealer engagement, inspections, and mileage adjustments, as well as adhering to changes with privacy, authority matrix, policies and procedures. Required to observe regulatory changes in regard to the Fair Credit Reporting Act and general compliance regulations.
As a Customer Service Advocate your shifts will vary between the hours of 9AM - 9PM on Monday - Thursday and 9AM - 6PM on Friday. Some evenings through the week will be required. During the initial training period, you will be onsite with your colleagues and trainer.
