Support, coordination and management of specific daily tasks and longer term projects across the Assembly departments.
What will you be doing?
General administrative support for the assembly indirect support function departments
Steering of meeting agendas and minute taking where required
Arranging of team events and supporting department managers with team workshops
Managing stationary supplies and levels correctly including the triggering of any orders related to this
Supporting and updaing of digital/physical desplay boards with department relevant information
Implemetation and steering of department intranet page changes
Development of department systems
Steering and implementation of business administration topics and systems to support the departments development and transparency
Supporting and updating of department key performance indicators (KPI’s).
Ideally you will have a good knowledge of business administration tasks
Able to communicate in the English language; German would be beneficial.
You need to be able to work independently within the management team, have the ability to organise yourself and work in a team environment.
You will be required to work from your own initiative taking projects and tasks from concept through to a complete and implemented solution.
Strong PC skills and a good working knowledge of MS Office.
Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing, Manufacturing Systems and or Quality Systems is desirable
