HR Management

What will you be doing?

  • Operationally complete and take full responsibility for tasks to support the HRM team in delivery of targets and enabler projects. 
  • To support the Managers / associates in the technologies with handling operational queries on a daily basis, administration support to HRM team such as absence reporting charts, letters for associates such as absence review invitations and job change letters etc., preparing disciplinary / grievance packs etc.
  • Reporting and data analysis to support HR processes such as absence and probation
  • Supporting the HRM team with general operation and coordination activities.
Qualification:
  • Working towards a 2:2 or above Degree in HR or related subjects e.g. international business studies
  • Self-starter with strong work ethic ,
  • Resilience, flexibility and highly developed interpersonal skills
  • Strong excel, business intelligence systems/database skills alongside degree level standard of general office skills
