Launch Trainer Assembly (w/m/x) – TH-453
We, the Team at TH-45 (Vehicle testing, Offline processes, Special Vehicle Assembly, Final assembly) are responsible for the processes on the completed vehicle after physical assembly until the F2-booking and handover to distribution departments in plant Debrecen. Also, for launch steering and all its related tasks/responsibilities within the technology assembly (TMO)

We are furthermore accountable for the following KPI’s: delivery quality, output, costs and on time delivery. We are aiming and working towards permanent improvements on the products as well as the processes in the Assembly Department. We are an essential link between the technologies in Plant Debrecen.

What awaits you?

• You will have the opportunity to enroll in our extensive training program abroad that prepares you to build prototypes and have a deep understanding how cars will be integrated in the production process, detect deviations, define necessary measures in alignment with the team to ensure a stable product in the series car production.
•  After the successful training, it is possible to get involved in the integration of new vehicle projects.
• Your task is to develop/enforce and implement solutions within TMO as well as supporting other technologies in developing/implementing theirs. 
• You will be a part of a very special team, where you can bring in your own ideas to improve the product and process.
• Analyzing issues, communicate with different departments, recognize small detail issues and have a full understanding about the vehicle.
• In the job as Launch Specialist Assembly (w/m/x) you are working on tasks and topics related to new products within the pre-series phases until the vehicle can be safely handed over to series production.

What are the requirements towards you?

• Completed Vocational education within the automotive field with craftsman diploma or comparable qualification.
• Extended knowledge in assembly and quality.
• Experience within the automotive production technologies.
• MS-office skills, experience in documentation. 
• English or/and German knowledge is an advantage
• Being able to work independently and as part of a bigger team.
