I completed my bachelor’s and master’s degree in Munich. This already gave me two opportunities to do a semester abroad. In 2017 I studied for one semester in New York, followed by another semester abroad in Brisbane in 2019. Both experiences made me more confident and showed me how distance helps you to develop personally. Australia was a very intensive time in which I was able to gain a lot of impressions and experiences both at university and in my free time.

Immediately after my semester abroad in Australia, I decided to do an internship with the BMW Group.

As a master’s student, I’ve already done a few internships. Somehow, these always landed me in the HR area. I often wondered if this is really the area in which I see myself in the future. For my last internship in the master's programme, I decided to take a direction that I had been yearning for a long time: marketing.

Now I'm doing an internship at BMW – for the first time in HR marketing and employer branding. I am incredibly grateful for this opportunity. I‘ve rarely been accepted into a team so quickly and warmly. Here I’ve the opportunity to be creative and familiarise myself with trends in employer branding. Even though I’m still at the beginning of my career, I’ve got the feeling that BMW will give me the best possible know-how and optimal support.
