Ever since I was a child, I wanted to work at the BMW Group. That is why I applied for an apprenticeship at the BMW dealership in Munich right after completing school. When I held my apprenticeship contract in my hands two weeks after the selection day, a dream had come true for me. One year later, the time had come, and I had my first day at work. I was very excited and nervous, but looking back, I can say that my nervousness was groundless. I was immediately warmly welcomed by my colleagues and quickly integrated into the team.

In the meantime, many of my colleagues have also become friends. The familiar atmosphere makes it easy for me to learn the contents relevant to my apprenticeship. My personal and professional development was strongly promoted by my environment and the job.

The direct customer contact and the chance to help customers is what I particularly appreciate about my apprenticeship as a Car Sales Management Assistant. With my lovely colleagues, the apprenticeship is super fun and I enjoy coming to work every day. In the course of my apprenticeship, I was able to find out in which field I would like to work in in the future by gaining insights into different areas of work. “Sheer driving pleasure" is not just a slogan for me, because I am happy every time, I get into my BMW car.

The corporate values the BWM Group represents can really be felt in the company and in everyday interactions with colleagues. I am enthusiastic about the BMW Group's approach to sustainability. As a large international company and premium manufacturer, BMW is intensively dealing with this topic and is actively shaping the change towards more sustainability.
